Well, this is one of those book where you finish and think ‘what the hell did I just read?!’ It was twisty and full of surprises and I really liked it! I really liked that Britney King kept me on my toes, had me feeling one way about the characters and then that all changes in one quick moment. You don’t know who to like or who to trust or who you hope gets hit by a bus.

With a book like this I don’t want to give anything away so I don’t want to say much about the actual plot or characters, it’s really something that should just be experienced. I will say that though that this book kept me thoroughly entertained and constantly wondering what could possibly happen next. The twists truly surprised me, more than once and the ending left me asking WTF?! I really did enjoy this read and always look forward to whatever twisted adventure awaits when I pick up something from Britney King. If you’re a fan of thrillers, this is one you’ll definitely want to check out.

Well this was a fun and twisted read and oh man did Britney King keep me guessing with this book. I really enjoyed this book, even if I felt like I wasn’t ever really sure what was happening. With all the different characters and POVs I was always wondering what was going to happen next and who we’d hear from.

The book really centers around a murder investigation, a man’s body is discovered in a dumpster having been left there after he was tortured. The main characters are Camile, a criminologist who has been brought in for this case and her cousin Oliver, who has recently come to stay with her. Add in the murder victim, the weird life he led, the number of suspects involved and some additional side characters this really is a who-done-it. who’s-gonna-do-it ride!

I loved the surprise elements in this book, they just kept coming and it made for a fun journey. I really don’t want to spoil this book, it’s a unique ride that you should just jump on. I definitely enjoyed this book and Britney King’s unique ability to twist a story and shock the reader.

Fast paced, intense and it kept me guessing – that’s the best way to describe this book. I was absolutely fascinated by Gina and Joel and everything happening around them. This was one of those books that I just didn’t want to put down, I needed to know just a little more. As with other books from Britney, it’s tough to review because I don’t want to spoil any part of this book! I loved this experience and it wasn’t at all what I expected but that’s what made it so fun. We get different points of view, there is Joel, Gina and a journal and it’s like a constant tease, wanting and needing more. It’s a fantastic, surprising ride and exactly why I look forward to new reads from Britney King.

Britney King is quickly become a favorite for me when it comes to psychological thrillers! She delivers such great twists and turns and just keeps me on edge, and she definitely did all of that with The Secretary!

It’s a bit difficult to write my review because I don’t want to give anything away but I will say there are unique and intriguing characters and a twisty and devious storyline. I couldn’t put it down, ended up being a one-sitting read because I just had to know. Fast paced, exciting and intense, another brilliant read from Britney King!

Wow, Britney King really knows how to take readers on a thrilling journey! Passerby is a rollercoaster ride that kept me guessing and on edge and I loved it. I was hooked right from the start and the mystery just kept getting better. I really don’t want to spoil this book so I’m limiting what I will say about the actual story, but it’s got great twists and surprises! The characters are intriguing and the fast pace kept me wanting more. A great psychological thriller for sure!

I know that I can always turn to Britney King when I’m in the mood for something that will mess with my mind and leave me saying ‘what just happened’ and she’s done it again with Kill Me Tomorrow. It is twisty and complex and truly kept me guessing, I would think I had an idea and then nope, whole new twist. I continually questioned who I liked and who I suspected and it was such a thrill ride!

I really don’t want to give this story away, but Ali, Ethan and another unknown will take you on a journey that is suspenseful, sexy and thrilling. I really love Britney King’s ability to tell a story. It’s definitely not one dimensional you feel yourself invested in what is happening. I highly recommend you pick up this book and see if you can figure out who the killer is!
